Virtual Assistants Meeting in Kona, Big Island

From Left to Right: Judy Segawa of Honolulu, Hawai'i; Laura Marzke of Kihei, Maui, Hawai'i; Lauray Walsh of Kona, Big Island, Hawai'i; Rachael Davila of San Diego, California.

On Thursday, July 28th I flew to Kona on the Big Island to meet virtual assistants from my Virtual Training Program.  It was great to put a face to a voice.  As virtual assistants, we interact and support our clients and each other through Internet technologies; however, we may not meet one another until something special like this happens.  Thank you to Rachael Davila for taking time out of her family vacation to meet with us.

Judy brought a lei all the way from Honolulu and presented it to Rachael.  We then spent the next four hours talking about our businesses over lunch – market conditions, rates, and encouraging each other to remain successful by being creative and taking that next step we all need to get there.

Laura- Thank you for flying over to meet with us! It was so wonderful getting to talk with you face-to-face! I especially loved our extra time before lunch. I think meeting in person will make our virtual relationship so much stronger. Mahalo Buddy! Talk soon! xoxo Rach
